banana cake


230g plain flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp bicarbonate soda
3 eggs
1 tbsp condense milk
145g sugar
145g butter
3 pieces banana (mashed)
a drop of banana essence

  1. cream the butter and egg until light and fluffy
  2. add in eggs one at a time and mix well
  3. add in mashed banana, condense milk into the mixture – continue to mix well
  4. separately, sift the flour, baking powder & bicarbonate soda
  5. stir the sifted items & banana essence into the mixture
  6. pour the mix into a baking dish & bake at 180 degrees c for 50 min
