butter cookies


200g soft butter
50g castor sugar
75g plain flour
75g bread flour
50g corn flour

  1. beat butter and sugar in mixing bowl until mixture is creamy
  2. add flour to the mixture and fold in the flour
  3. mix until batter is smooth
  4. put batter in piping bag with small nozzle (desired design)
  5. place batter (in piping bag) in the fridge to chill for 5-10 minutes
  6. pipe the batter onto a lined baked tray to desired size
  7. bake at 180 degrees celcius for 15 minutes – until golden brown
