part a
3 egg yolks
80g melted butter
1/8 tsp pandan paste
80g sugar
1/4 tsp salt
140ml milk or coconut milk

part b
150g plain flour
50g rice flour
1 tsp double action baking powder

part c
3 egg whites
80g sugar

  1. beat egg yolks well until creamy and add in part a to mixture
  2. mix well and add in items in part b
  3. mix well until mixture is smooth
  4. separately, beat part c until there is a soft peak
  5. combine both batter together and mix
  6. pour into mould and bake until golden-brownish!
